Manufactured from EN24t these larger diameter tensioner posts require an 8.4mm drill bit and an M10x1.5 tap to install.
Following a series of failures of original components we have recently replaced all these tensioner posts on all engines we have come through the workshop. It is recommended to remove the engine to complete this work.Â
