The grooved brake discs were invented by EBC back in the 90’s and offers pad degassing without Through Drilling disc holes, which has been shown to promote disc cracks.
The EBC grooved and wide aperture slots offer many benefits for 4×4, SUV and Truck users and offer an interesting choice for drivers of sport compact, hot hatches and also muscle cars.
The MAIN benefit of EBC sport discs is their ability to maintain a flat and parallel pad surface throughout the lifetime of the brake pad set.
Slotted grooved discs can significantly improve brake performance and longevity when used with higher friction EBC Redstuff, Greenstuff or Yellowstuff brake pads these rotors WILL DELIVER better brakes.
