Citroen Saxo TU5JP4 Billet Alloy Inlet Manifold
Designed by us for a perfect fit and outstanding performance this 3 piece billet alloy inlet manifold is an absolute must for all high power turbocharged or supercharged TU5 engine applications.Â
Manufactured in 3 pieces from 7 series alloy the manifold is not only light but incredibly strong.
The manifold consists of :
Inlet runner section with “O” ring seals at the cylinder head face
Plenum baseplate section with integrated velocity stacks and “O” ring seal to the runner section and 3 tapped M10x1 takeoffs for AIT sensor, MAP sensor and vacuum takeoff for dump valve or fuel pressure regulator
Plenum cover with “O” ring seal to the plenum baseplate
Jenvey 70mm diameter throttle body with cable holder
High flow steel fuel rail with JIC-6 fittings
Alloy fuel rail mounting kit
As used on our own 550bhp TU turbo Peugeot 205 GTI in UK Time Attack
